Rubbish on roadsides
Cats – have a unique position in british law. They have the ‘right to roam’ which means they can shit anywhere. Their ‘owners’ are not responsible for their pets actions if they scratch a child for example. The only responsibility they have is to feed them. Ridiculous. All cats should be banned as pets because having something shitting all over the place is just not acceptable. My sons cannot go into the garden without encountering a fresh turd.
